The preliminary modules are theory, so you can get started with these straight away.

 

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO TAKE PART?

We will provide you with a full list of all the equipment needed to complete the course.

  • Chef wear
    (We supply 2 Chef Jackets & 2 Aprons to each student within the cost of the course)
  • Suitable knives
    (We have a recommended set of Wusthof Knives available to purchase)
  • Selection of basic utensils
    (We have a set of recommended utensils available to purchase)
  • Selection of pans & some cooking equipment
    (We have some recommended items here and can offer preferential prices)
  • Laptop or Computer with good quality webcam
    (Required to take part in the live skill sessions and 1-2-1's)
  • Smartphone or Camera capable of recording video
    (Required to capture video & still images of your course work)
