EMPLOYEE WELLNESS
The Employee Wellness Program is a nine-week workplace class series intended to guide staff members as they work to unlock the role of food choices for better health. Through the introduction of plant-based nutrition education, cooking demonstrations, and supportive group discussion, employees will take away the learning and tools they apply practically for improving overall health. Notable benefits to employers include reduced absenteeism, reduction of health care costs, and improved staff productivity.
TACKLING MENOPAUSE
Within the Your Body in Balance' series. Dietary choices have a surprisingly powerful effect on hormones and the problems they cause. This class will focus on menopause as a natural part of life and will cover hot flushes, mood changes and memory fog.
LET'S BEAT BREAST CANCER
FOOD FOR MOOD
Within the Your Body in Balance series. A dynamic lesson on "Foods and Mood," where evidence suggests food can positively impact emotional well-being, anxiety, and depression. Studies show dramatic improvements by eating a predominantly plant-based diet, known for its anti-inflammatory properties that may prevent brain chemical changes.
POWER FOODS FOR THE BRAIN
Within the Your Body in Balance series. Plant-based foods can benefit brain health and may help prevent Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. A diet rich in berries, vitamin E sources like nuts and leafy greens, along with regular exercise and proper sleep, supports memory and cognitive function. In this class you'll learn how to prepare meals that promote brain health and maintain sharpness as you age.

"We support and empower adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism across Cheshire West and Chester. Earlier this year, we hosted two healthy drinks and snacks demonstrations led by Lisa from All About Greens, with a total attendance of 32 enthusiastic participants who thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. Lisa created delicious healthy smoothies, flavoured waters, and cold brews. The group made energy balls together and discussed healthy snacks. The events provided unique opportunities to explore new flavours, scents, and ingredients, along with hands-on preparation. The sessions were incredibly interesting and informative, leaving everyone eager for more! We received fantastic feedback, with attendees expressing how much they loved the experience. Lisa's expertise and passion for healthy food were clear, making both events memorable and enjoyable for all. Thanks again Lisa and we hope to work with you again soon!!"
