A: There is a short video each day to watch at your leisure, no more than 10 minutes. We are live on the Facebook group for a few minutes each morning (which you can catch up on anytime) And the cooking element is totally up to you!

A: Yes, we provide all the recipes, meal plans fact sheets for you to view online and download.
Q: How many people does each recipe feed?
A: All the recipes detail the number of servings and can easily be scaled up or down. The dinners are aimed at 4 servings, great for either a hungry family or for solos and couples batch cooking.
Q: Are the ingredients expensive and difficult to source?
A: Most ingredients are available at the main supermarkets, any less popular items can be sourced online.
Q: Do I need to follow the weekly meal plans?
A: The meal plan templates are supplied as a guide, however previous participants love the meal plans, variety of recipes and tend to stick to them where possible.
Q: Can I substitute ingredients if I want to?
A: Yes, of course, we encourage experimentation in the kitchen and you should cook to your tastes.
Q: How much time do I have to dedicate to food preparation if I follow the plans?
A: Most recipes prep time are no longer than 30 mins, some dishes are a bit more involved so be sure to read the recipe in advance.

A: No, all the recipes are tried and tested to suit cooks of all levels.
