Q: How much time does the course take to do each day?

A: There is a short video each day to watch at your leisure, no more than 10 minutes. We are live on the Facebook group for a few minutes each morning, which you can catch up on anytime. The cooking element is totally up to you!

Q: Are recipes and meal plans provided?

A: Yes, we provide all the recipes, meal plans and fact sheets for you to view online and download.

Q: How many people does each recipe feed?

A: All the recipes detail the number of servings and can easily be scaled up or down. The dinners are aimed at four servings, great for either a hungry family or for solos and couples batch cooking.

Q: Are the ingredients expensive and difficult to source?

A: Most ingredients are available at the main supermarkets, any less popular items can be sourced online.

Q: Do I need to follow the weekly meal plans?

A: The meal plan templates are supplied as a guide, however previous participants love the meal plans, variety of recipes and tend to stick to them where possible at this early stage.

Q: Can I substitute ingredients if I want to?

A: Yes, of course, we encourage experimentation in the kitchen and you should always cook to your tastes.

Q: How much time do I have to dedicate to food preparation if I follow the plans?

A: Most recipes prep times are no longer than 30 mins, some dishes are a bit more involved so be sure to read the recipe in advance.

Q: Do I need to be a proficient cook?

A: No, all the recipes are tried and tested to suit cooks of all levels.

Q: How do I contact you if I have any queries?

Q: Do I need specific kitchen equipment?

A: These recipes all use standard equipment that most domestic kitchens would usually have.
