Our Foundation in Plant Based Cookery course has been designed and built to meet the exacting standards of NCFE. In order to achieve this qualification you will be invited to attend a two day mini course at one of our assessment centres. Over the two days you will be required to demonstrate your key skills learnt during the online course. In this environment we will be able to assess seasoning, taste, organisation and techniques. We will provide all the equipment and ingredients during the two days. The cost for this £650.00
